Appointment Fees
Initial Appointment – £20
This fee covers the vaccine(s) needed for your travel and also review any previous Immunisation record.
This fee is deducted from vaccine cost if done on the same day.
Your Immunisation records is needed for this appointment. If you have one, kindly bring it with you.
All patients are required to complete a Travel Risk Assessment Form as part of the booking process.

Certificates
Yellow Fever Certificate Reissue or Waiver Letter – £30
This fee covers the review of your vaccination records and the preparation of either a replacement Yellow Fever certificate or, where clinically appropriate, an official medical waiver letter.
This service is suitable if your original Yellow Fever certificate has been lost or damaged, or if you are unable to receive the vaccine for medical reasons.
For reissue of a Yellow Fever certificate, proof of previous vaccination is required.
The certificate or waiver letter can be used for travel purposes where proof of Yellow Fever vaccination or medical exemption is required.
If you are travelling to a high-risk area where Yellow Fever certification is required, you must also complete the Yellow Fever Risk Assessment Form before your appointment.

Vaccines
We offer a wide range of travel and routine vaccinations based on current clinical guidance and your individual health needs. Each vaccination is provided following an assessment to ensure it is safe and appropriate for you.
Our clinicians will discuss recommended vaccines for your destination, explain any potential side effects, and answer your questions before administration. Vaccines are administered in line with national and international travel health guidelines.
This service is suitable for pre-travel protection, booster vaccinations, and routine immunisations.
Blood Tests
We provide blood tests to support travel health assessments, routine screening, and ongoing health monitoring. Tests are taken by trained clinicians and processed by accredited laboratories.
Results are reviewed carefully and explained in clear terms. Where required, follow-up advice, further investigations, or treatment options will be discussed to support your health and travel plans.
This service is suitable for pre-treatment checks, health screening, and monitoring of existing conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Please call us at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or change your booking. For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by 12:00 on Friday. Card charges apply to all cancellations.
